A personalized nervous system support session to help you exhale, soften, and reset. This 1:1 stress relief session weaves together science-backed and soul-soothing techniques — such as breathwork, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), EFT tapping, and guided meditation — to help you regulate your nervous system and find inner calm. Recommended if you’re experiencing: - Anxiety or looping thoughts - Burnout or overwhelm - Chronic illness flare-ups - Emotional heaviness or fatigue You’ll leave with greater clarity, lightness, and groundedness in your body and mind.
