We're going to implement some simple, daily mindfulness practices that are the foundation of being and feeling well: nervous system regulation, blood sugar stabilization and rewiring our beliefs around who we are and what we are worthy of.

A STRESSED OUT BODY CAN'T GET INTO TRUE HEALING MODE. YOU FIGHTING YOUR BODY'S NATURAL RHYTHMS AND AVOIDING REST IS A BIG PART OF WHY IT FEELS LIKE YOU NEED TO TRY SO HARD ALL THE TIME. THERE IS A BALANCE TO BE FOUND IN NATURE.
And after all is said and done, it's the health of your nervous system and the quality of your subconscious thoughts that determines the health of your hormones, gut, mood, etc. So why don't we skip the fancy EXPENSIVE lab testing for now and get back to basics: feeling safety in our bodies, breathing easy + employing the parasympathetic nervous system more than the fight, flight, freeze response?

- 1:1 Stress Reduction Sessions - where we look at your stress through a mindful, psychosomatic lens and I guide you to a more relaxed nervous system using somatic practices like breathwork, tapping + intentional meditation.
- 1:1 Somatic Release Breathwork Sessions - for those of you looking to let go of old traumas, emotional baggage and wanting to step into a more peaceful relationship with Self. We use a specific style of breath accompanied with a specifically curated music track to induce deep healing.
- 1:1 Personal Wellness Sessions, where we make the connection between your physical and emotional health and create a recipe for well-being together including diet, lifestyle, supplement + mindfulness practices. This session also includes a personalized guided meditation in session.
- Personalized Meditation Recording Session, where we spend some time in conversation about what it is you most want to be, do + have. You will gain immense clarity from this short session and then receive a personalized guided meditation to enjoy over and over again.

1:1 STRESS REDUCTION SESSION
A chronically stressed body is not a healed body. Sure, you can use stress supports like supplements, massage, mental health days, etc. but what if you learned to control your own stress levels using your breath? What if you re-trained your habitual breathing to support a more relaxed, balanced system? The 1:1 Nervous System Recovery Session is a great option if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, running thoughts on a loop, dealing with chronic illness, low grade anxiety, etc. This is a 60 minute mindfulness coaching session that includes personalized guided breathwork, meditation, tapping and other nervous system supports. When we teach the nervous system it's safe to relax, the body can get to the healing work for us.

1:1 SOMATIC RELEASE BREATHWORK
Your body has an amazing ability to hold onto traumas (any event that overwhelms the nervous system) in the fascia tissue until it's safe enough to process. For many of us, though, we live in a state of chronic stress and have never learned somatic release practices to help move that unhelpful energy up and out. So it settles in our bodies and causes dis-ease in the form of IBS, migraines, arthritis, etc. Sonic Neural Breathwork is a trauma-informed release style that helps your body shut down the thinking mind and turn on the "healing mind", or superconscious. It is a powerful practice that can lead to rapid transformation and healing in every area of your life. Sessions are 2hrs over zoom and require some set up and gentle integration afterwards.

A personalized consult where we connect the dots between your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Your health is multidimensional — and your healing plan should be too.
