Rhythm is a 6-week somatic and self image group coaching program for women ready to transform from the inside out. Rooted in neuroscience and nervous system supports, this isn't your average "new year, new you" program. This is THE blueprint for your best life.

Rhythm is a four-phase guided journey through the tools that *actually* help you realign with your true self: nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, and embodied integration - designed to help you create lasting change and live in alignment with ease, clarity, and confidence.

Somatics + Self Image

THE RHYTHM JOURNEY:

Inspired by the rhythms of nature (our circadian and infradian cycles, the seasons, the moon, etc.), each phase of this program builds upon the next, guiding you from a regulated system to a renewed sense of self.

WEEK 1: WELCOME + PROGRAM OUTLINE

SUN. JAN. 11, 11am: Group introductions, program overview, setting intentions and expectations.

WEEK 2: REGULATE (NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT) 

​SUN. JAN 18, 11am: Reclaim your sense of calm through science-backed nervous system somatic practices that bring safety and balance back to your body. Learn down-regulating techniques to support your stress recovery.

WEEK 3: REWIRE (MINDSET + BELIEFS)

SUN. JAN. 25, 11am: Learn how to release outdated patterns and reshape your reality using the power of neuroplasticity and mindset mastery. This is subconscious reprogramming 101 & it makes all the difference.

WEEK 4: RESONANCE (SELF IMAGE)

SUN. FEB. 1, 11am: Step into your next-level identity through visualization, embodiment, and law of attraction work that connects thought to action. Rooted in peak performance training techniques; the art of manifestation.

WEEK 5: RHYTHM (INTEGRATION + FLOW)

SUN. FEB. 8, 11am: Learn how to get back in rhythm with your circadian and infradian cycles as you anchor your new awareness into sustainable daily rituals that feel good and actually work. This is where flow becomes your default.

WEEK 6: REFLECTION + RETREAT INFO / PREP

SUN. FEB. 15, 11am: Reflect and celebrate your transformation with the group, connecting the dots and creating an aligned action plan moving forwards. This is also where we will go over details for those of you joining us at our luxurious mountain retreat in the breathtaking rocky mountains.

Nestled in a luxury mountain Airbnb near Canmore, this immersive weekend experience is designed to help you embody and integrate everything you’ve learned - through movement, rest, self image work and real connection.
 

Over the course of the weekend, you’ll:

  • Practice yoga and breathwork to reconnect with your body and deepen awareness

  • Dive into guided workshops and journaling sessions for reflection and clarity

  • Share nourishing meals and meaningful conversations with women on the same path

WE GET IT BECAUSE
WE'VE BEEN THERE TOO.

We understand the frustration. The exhaustion, forcing yourself forward, not feeling fully supported; feeling as if you can't stop or you might not be able to pick back up. We get it. We were both on that hustle, grind + burn out hamster wheel a few years back. It sucks.

Our physical, mental, emotional + spiritual health suffered. We certainly weren't making money while we napped, travelled, took days off and experienced ease in our lives, businesses and bodies. There IS a better way. We're proof.

Do we still occasionally stumble? Totally. We're human. But having these evidence-based tools in our daily practice and embodied somatic wisdom within gives us both a grounded, feel good place to get back to more quickly and readily than ever before.

The four phases in Rhythm were intentionally set up to support you in: down-regulating a chronically stressed body and mind, create new beliefs around what you're worthy of, get back in tune with the natural cycles of your best feeling self (your circadian and infradian rhythms) and *actually* create the life you've been dreaming of. What we're trying to say here is this program is rooted in evidence-based practices and embodied experience. It doesn't have to feel so hard. She has been a leader in Wellness for over a decade. Her style is easy going and heart led; her sessions are designed to support deep emotional regulation, stress recovery and mind-body connection.
