Marie's TOP TEN Shakeology Recipes

How is it already mid-October already?! SERIOUSLY! Time flies!!

I have been getting SO many questions lately about what my favourite Shakeo smoothies involve, so I wanted to put them all in one place for you beautiful people!!! Introducing my current TOP TEN Shakeology Recipes!!

And for any of you reading this going "what in the H-E-double-hockey-stick is Shakeology?!"... 1) Read here first (seriously do it) 2) Order yourself a bag here (you will not regret it) 3) Make any and all of these recipes below.

Prepare to have your taste buds blown, your waist line shrunken, your immune system improved, and your energy heightened. Sound good? I think so too.

For ALL of these delicious recipes below, be sure to BLEND WELL!! I cannot stress this enough! Having a delicious, creamy shake is wayyy better than trying to drink down a chunky one, no matter HOW nutrient dense it is!! I personally use a Ninja blender and LOVE it! But there are a ton of great options on the market! Also, while not noted, I always use the vegan plant-based formulas (hellllooo dairy allergy!) but my customers LOVE the regular whey-based formulas as well! Tip #1: To freeze bananas for creamier smoothies, peel and lay bananas individually on a cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 1 hour and then transfer to plastic container. Keep in freezer for easy access to awesome, individually frozen bananas! Tip #2: To make spinach cubes, blend half a bag of spinach (sometimes I'll use the kale blend) as well as some water and pour into ice cube trays. Freeze and whenever making smoothies that you want to add greens to, add 2-3 spinach cubes. It not only doesn't taste like spinach, but will help your smoothie taste creamier, which I'm clearly ALL about!

Ok, enough from me. On to the recipes!!

#1 "The Classic" (Chocolate PB Banana) 1 scoop chocolate shakeology (I use the vegan blend) 1 cup almond milk 1-2 cups water (preference) Handful Ice 1 tsp Peanut Butter (or seed butter) 1 Frozen Banana

#2: "Coconut Vanilla Chai"

1 scoop vanilla shakeology

1 frozen banana

1 cup full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup chai concentrate

3 spinach cubes

1 tsp hemp hearts

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp turmeric

2-3 cups water (preference)

#3 "Chocolate Raspberry Delight" 1 scoop vegan chocolate shakeology 1 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 frozen banana 1 tsp chia seeds 1 cup almond milk 1-2 cups water handful ice

#4 "Vanilla Spice Cookie"

1 scoop vanilla shakeology

1 frozen banana

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1 tsp hemp hearts

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/3 tsp nutmeg

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Handful ice

1 cup water

#5 "Tropical Chocolate" 1 scoop chocolate shakeology

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1/3 cup shredded coconut 2 Tbsp cacao nibs 1 cup almond milk 1-2 cups water (preference)

#6 "Strawberry Coconut Dream"

1 scoop tropical strawberry shakeology 1 cup full fat coconut milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 tsp hemp hearts

1 cup fresh spinach

1/3 cup shredded coconut

2 cups water

#7 Salted Caramel Mocha 1 scoop vegan chocolate shakeology

2 cups almond milk

handful ice

1 frozen banana

dash of sea salt

1/2 tsp caramel extract

1 cup cold coffee

#8 "The Warrior"

1 scoop vanilla shakeology

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp hemp hearts 2-3 spinach cubes

1/2 cup coconut yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk

1-2 cups water

handful walnuts

#9 Hazelnut Mocha

1 scoop cafe latte shakeology (Is not caffeinated)

2 cups unsweetened almond milk 2 Tbsp chopped raw hazelnuts 1/2 tsp honey

Handful ice

#10 "Summer Berry Smoothie Bowl"

1 scoop shakeology (I usually use tropical strawberry for these) 1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen berries

1 cup coconut water

1 cup almond milk optional: 1/2 tsp acia

Optional: top with sliced mangoes, shredded coconut, walnuts, cacao nibs, goji berries, Fiber Fix, Marie's OMG granola, etc.
