This stuff is GOOD!! So fresh and so easy to make! We enjoyed it with turkey this Thanksgiving, but you could just as easily top a roasted chicken with it or enjoy it as a fresh side to your morning eggs, black bean rancheros, falafel, etc.
The recipe is from Anthony William's "Life Changing Foods" aka my bible for fruit/veg/herb recipes! Highly recommend! Okay, onto the goods!
1 Cup fresh cranberries
2 Cups roughly diced apples
1/2 Cup chopped oranges
1/4 Tsp orange zest
4 Tbsp coconut sugar
3 Mint leaves
1) Pulse-blend all the ingredients in a food processor until roughly chopped. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
